How do I return an item?

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund, less any shipping and restocking cost up to 30 calendar days after ship date of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days we will consider the manufacturers stated warranty only after a evaluation of the item has been performed. If we receive credit from the manufacturer we will issue credit or replacement for item less freight. We will offer an exchange or store credit less any shipping or restocking fees for product that is in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: Box not opened or damaged, item has not been connected to any power source. item hasn't been installed, all accessories are in new and unused condition. If shipping damage is present at time of delivery inspect item/s and if damage is present ether file a damage claim with shipper or refuse delivery.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please a freight claim with the shipper or refuse delivery.

Any refunds or credits are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 30 days and request an rma if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us for an rma will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
